1 Stop's Compensation Plan is simple. Sell our services and products, sign up new customers, and you can get paid. As you establish relationships with your customers, you can earn bonuses and new rewards along the way. Have the freedom of owning your own business while earning an extra monthly income or maybe even a second stream of income. Personal Bonus

If a (IA) Independent Associate  enrolls a Customer he or she will receive a $75 bonus when that account turns active.

If a Qualified Director (QD) enrolls a Customer he or she will receive a $75 bonus when that account turns active as a IA, plus a $5 Qualified Director (QD) bonus which equals a total of $80 

If a Managing Director (MD) enrolls a Customer he or she will receive a $75 bonus when that account turns active as a IA, plus a $5 Qualified Director (QD) bonus plus his Managing Director (MD) $5 bonus which equals a total of $85

If a Senior Director (SD) enrolls a Customer he or she will receive a $75 bonus when that account turns active as a IA, plus a $5 Qualified Director (QD) bonus plus his Managing Director (MD) $5 bonus then his Senior Director (SD) bonus of $5 which equals a total of $90 

If an Executive Director (ED) enrolls a Customer he or she will receive a $75 bonus when that account turns active as a IA, plus a $5 Qualified Director (QD) bonus plus his Managing Director (MD) $5 bonus plus Senior Director (SD) $5 bonus plus his Executive Director (ED) $5 bonus which equals to a total of $95





Home Automation - Personal Bonus

There are no personal bonus payouts on A1, A2 or A3 products... The system will only pay out residual on these products. However A1-B, A2-B and A3-B will payout Personal Bonus.





TEAM CUSTOMER BONUSES

You can earn Team Customer Bonuses by being qualified on each level of leadership. At each leadership position, you can begin to build a new customer leadership organization and may earn Team Customer Bonuses on sales of your leadership organization. You must be qualified to earn bonus on teams customers (you can earn bonus on your personal customers without being qualified).

Team Customer Bonuses are paid when a new Associate enters your leadership organization on any level and becomes a Qualified Director by selling 1Stop Smart Home Account within 60 days of his or her start date.

In order to receive Personal and/or Team Customer Bonuses, you must have the required pending or active customer points based on your leadership position on the Qualification Date. Team Customer Bonuses are triggered every Friday on sales to active (qualified) service accounts and paid one week later on the following Friday.
The Qualification Date for the weekly bonuses is every Friday.

If you do not have the required number of pending or active customer points for your leadership position on the Qualification Date, the Team Customer Bonuses triggered for that week’s qualification period are held until the qualifications are met. Once met, held customer bonuses will be paid one week after the qualification period.





Home Automation - Team Customer Bonus

There are no team bonus payouts on A1, A2 or A3 products... The system will only pay out residual on these products. However A1-B, A2-B and A3-B will payout Team Customer Bonus.





RECURRING MONTHLY REVENUE

You can build a Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) by marketing and selling 1Stop’s services and enrolling customers and maintaining their accounts. You can also earn RMR from the customer accounts enrolled by the Associates in your leadership organization.

RMR is paid on the 15th of the month following the month the customer’s payment is received by 1Stop. You must meet both one-time and monthly qualification requirements to receive RMR. RMR qualifications are met once by leadership position obtained and monthly by personal pending or active customer points on the Qualification Date. The Qualification Date is the last day of each month.





STANDARD RMR

You can earn Standard RMR on sales to your personal active customer accounts with a one point customer value, as well as from the active 1Stop Service accounts of the customers enrolled by the Associates in your organization to 
5 levels. Your RMR is based on the organization level. You must be a Qualified Director to be eligible to earn RMR on your personal and first 5 levels. You must obtain and maintain an MD, SD, or ED leadership position to be eligible to earn Standard RMR through 5 levels.





LEADERSHIP INFINITY RMR

You can earn IRMR on sales to your teams active customer accounts with a one point customer value, as well as from the active 1Stop Smart Home accounts of the customers enrolled by the Associates in your MD, SD,  and ED leadership organizations from level six to unlimited levels.





GRACE PERIOD

You must remain qualified on a monthly basis to receive RMR/ IRMR. If you do not qualify at month’s end, then a one-month (30 day) Grace Period will apply for that month. During the Grace Period, you will receive RMR/ IRMR income for that month as if you were qualified. This Grace Period applies to RMR/ IRMR only. Please see Team Customer Bonus section for weekly qualifications. If you fall out of qualification for your coded position you will receive RMR/ IRMR on your next level of qualification.
